Ms. Ebony Espinoza serves as the CEO and Managing Attorney of the firm, where she proudly carries the torch of legal excellence established by the firm's founder, Steven Espinoza. As the dynamic leader of the next generation of advocacy, Ms. Espinoza has successfully transitioned the practice into a modern legal era, ensuring that the firm’s legacy of integrity and aggressive representation continues to thrive.

Admitted to the State Bar of California in 2021, Ms. Espinoza graduated with honors from Western State College of Law, where she excelled as a Dean's Fellow and Moot Court competitor. Her legal acumen is grounded in a deep history of public service; prior to joining the bar, she served as a corps member with City Year (2015–2016) and with JusticeCorps at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse (2016–2017). This unique background—combining high-level legal scholarship with hands-on assistance to self-represented litigants—informs her practice today, allowing her to approach every case with both legal rigor and deep empathy.

Ms. Espinoza is steadfast in her commitment to protecting the rights of the immigrant community with "integrity and heart." Under her direction, the firm continues to navigate complex immigration landscapes, from family-based petitions to removal defense. When she is not managing the firm’s strategic growth or advocating for clients, she remains active in community outreach, continuing the Espinoza tradition of service to Los Angeles and beyond.

Mr. Espinoza is a distinguished Immigration & Nationality Law Specialist, certified by the State Bar of California's Board of Legal Specialization. A proud alumnus of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), he earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Sociology in 1992, followed by a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 1996. Since being admitted to the State Bar of California and the Central District Court in 1997, and to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2001, Mr. Espinoza has dedicated his practice to immigration law, joining the elite two percent of California attorneys as a Certified Immigration Specialist since 2002.

Throughout his esteemed career, Mr. Espinoza has successfully represented thousands before the USCIS, AAO, EOIR, BIA, and the Ninth Circuit, demonstrating his commitment to the immigrant community. His professional affiliations include active membership in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Mexican American Bar Association (MABA), and the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA). Known for his expertise, Mr. Espinoza frequently contributes to Telemundo, TV Azteca, Univision, and KTNQ 1020 radio as an immigration law commentator.

As a second-generation Mexican-American with deep roots in Los Angeles, California, Mr. Espinoza's passion for immigration law was ignited early in his career, dedicating over seventeen years to serving immigrants. In his personal time, he is an avid marathon runner, triathlete, golfer, and is fluent in Spanish.
